My stay had its ups and downs. The service from staff like Cosmina was exceptional, making me feel welcomed. The location was perfect for getting around London, especially near Paddington Station. However, I had trouble with the room size and cleanliness, especially being placed in a less-than-ideal room at first, which notably detracted from the experience.
