The location offers GREAT access to the park and nearby cafes. Staff members were VERY cool and helpful. The breakfast included MANY choices and tasted delicious!!!

The room was clean enough, though the housekeeping did the bare minimum. They pulled up our bedding without actually making the bed properly. This was annoying. I also found the gym disappointing. It only had a few pieces of equipment, and it felt quite cramped. It was not the relaxing space I hoped for.

The room featured comfy beds I liked the street view windows and the heated bathroom floor.
The bar's food menu was not very extensive therefore I would like a better choice.

The hotel is conveniently close to a tube station offering easy access to major attractions the location also provides walkable access to both Hyde Park and Notting Hill for leisure and sightseeing it is great.

The rooms have comfortable beds and offer street views from the windows the bathrooms also include heated floors a very nice touch I found. These features add comfort to the stay.

Florin at reception provided a very warm welcome managing my reservation efficiently. This created a positive first impression and set a cute tone for my time I spent at the hotel.
